How to create a budget: HALL RENTAL RATES... $100 per hour with a (5) hr. minimum. You may also purchase additional hours beyond the five minimum if the party is going strong! Hall Minimums are: All guest list of 150 or more, not to exceed a 300 guest list. (FOA Capacity)

Guest list lesser than 150 (the minimum) can rent the hall for $150 per hour, so please be sure of your RSVP numbers when renting the hall. Legends donates (2) FREE decorating hours the morning of the reception, your choice; 8am to 10am (or) 9am to 11am. Note: (These hours cannot be used for the party-time should you chose not to use them for any reason.)

A contract & deposit will be required to reserve the date, the deposit is based on the (5) hr. Minimum or $100 x 5 = $500.

The total cost of the party will be determined by the number of guest to feed, then add the number of hall rental hours needed. All beverages are sold by the glass, you can have OPEN BAR or CASH BAR, open bar means you want to pay for bar beverages and cash bar means the guest purchases their own.

Meals are: FINGER FOODS or FORMAL BUFFET (Please call for pamphlet)

ALL FOOD & BEVERAGES MUST BE PURCHASED THROUGH LEGENDS BANQUET HALL with the exception of the WEDDING CAKE and Amenities. ~ While we allow you to furnish your own Cake Decorator, ask us about creating the Wedding Cake for you!
