In 2007, Al Hull gave his first ELVIS Gospel Tribute in front of 2,300 people, as one could only describe the concert a masterpiece in time!  The show went over so well in that year the Church concert promoter (Dave Beversdorf) and Al Hull decided to host another show in 2008, and in less than (30) days another 2,400 people purchased tickets to see this (90) minute show, filled with the KINGS best gospel songs.

Al Hull & The Legends Band practiced this show for nearly (8) months before allowing the concert promoter (Dave Beversdorf) view the practice at Al's theater. Dave was so blown away he wanted to take the show all over the Country soon after, only to find out the church organizers decided to hold this show just for the Galesburg Community, reason being...., this show raised enough money for two churches in this community to fix the roofs on both churches with cash. While they tried to savor the gospel tribute show for one area, people who attended the show were asking how to book the show for their community, and soon the CAT was out of the BAG!

The Lincoln Square Theater in Decatur, Illinois also booked the show in 2008, selling more than 1,000 tickets at $20 each, they donated some of the proceeds to a local church and soon another group of gospel lovers were calling AL for shows in there community.

In 2009, AL & Dave decided to drop the show for a year in Galesburg and begin another chapter in 2010 with another whole different ELVIS Gospel Experience, stay tuned for details!
